Michael Grant aka Astrid? * SPOILERS* (2 replies)

At the end of the book after the FAYZ has ended Astrid is talking with Diana and Lana and she says how she should write a book about the experiences in the FAYZ. This made me wonder whether Grant was alluding to Astrid being the "writer" of all the books. I understand the narrator is an omniscent one but Astrid is a smart girl she could have put all the pieces together. Possibly interviewed people from the FAYZ about their experiences and put it into story form. The books were afterall written in the past tense. Just a thought. Did anyone else feel the same?
